A MESS

Please excuse the way Foster looks in this picture with his pajamas that are half way unbuttoned, green diaper sticking out, and his shoes that he refuses to take off.....Nevertheless, this is just a cute picture of him trying to hide behind my bar stools!  Crazy kid to say the least!

Disney Countdown Calendar

We are headed to Disney in 9 days from today!!!  WooHoo!!!  I saw this idea on Pinterest, and I just had to do it!  The boys love to countdown to things and I figured they would just love to have a Disney countdown calendar!  We take one down every morning and then count the remaining Mickey's and we know exactly how many more days!  I think I get just as excited as they do every morning!  They had a fun time helping me make it!

Walker's Hat Parade

Walker's school had a Hat parade for the 2nd graders.  Each student had a list of about 5 words that they had to choose from.  Some of the words included sluggish, precious, procrastinate, pollution, and I can't think of any others.  Walker of course chose sluggish, that was not a surprise to us.  He himself is very sluggish...Ha.  They had to decorate a hat with items that were "sluggish".  Walker put a cat, turtle, a picture of him being lazy on the couch, and a picture of Foster sleeping.  The parents were invited to line the halls of the school to watch the students parade down the halls.  It was super cute and the kids had a lot of fun with it!

Jaemor Farms Pumpkin Picking

A couple of weekends ago we took the kids to Jaemor Farms to pick our pumpkin and enjoy the hayride, slide, apple sling shot, and the Corn Maze.  We had such a wonderful fun family night there.  The corn maze was so much fun!  Walker and I were on a team, and Henry, Eric, and Foster were on a team.  We all were determined to be the first ones out.  Of course, Eric and Henry beat Walker and I.  Walker and I giggled so much and we were really lost, thankfully Eric gave us the secret once they were out and we made it safely to the exit.  At that point Walker and I didn't really care that they beat us we just wanted out!!!  So much fun!!

Foster's One Year Professional Photo's

These shots were done by a dear friend of mine Audrey Noe.  She has taken all of Foster's pictures for his first year!  She is an incredible photographer and we are so sad that she has moved to Tennessee. She came back in town to finish up his year pictures!  She captured my baby just the way he is everyday!  Thanks Audrey!
