We had such a wonderful Easter. The Easter bunny was good to all of the kids! We went to church and had a wonderful sermon as always! We came home and had a delicious meal followed by an egg hunt. The perfect Easter in my book!

Mom and Dad 40th Anniversary Surprise
Easter weekend my parents celebrated their 40th Anniversary. Us kids threw them a complete surprise party. They were coming in town for Easter and they thought they were just going to go for an neighborhood egg hunt in our neighborhood. Little did they know we had a very nice dinner planned for them. We all had so much fun getting ready for the party. It is always fun throwing a surprise party. We had steaks, Brussels sprouts, potatoes, salad, and bread. Desert was an apricot tort (my dad's favorite), and a cake (mom's favorite). The night was absolutely perfect! We wanted to do something very special for our parents. They have been such a huge blessing in our lives and have set such a wonderful example! Also not to dismiss the fact that Eric's parents also celebrated their 40th anniversary this very weekend. We took them out to a nice dinner as they were headed out to Miami to celebrate with a week of golf. Eric and I are truly blessed that both of our parents have shown us what a strong marriage is made of. Unfortunately I do not have any pictures of our night out with them. We are beyond blessed!
Oh and I finally got to use my fine china after being married for 11 years! Now, that was so much fun on my part!!!!

This girl is WILD and in CHARGE to say the least! We love her to say the least but girl needs some training! She is cute as a button though!!
3rd Grade Program
The 3rd grade at Walker's school had a little music program. It was really cute and Walker was actually singing and having fun! This kid has really come out of his shell!!
