Little Afternoon Fun

Henry planting some Sunflower seeds that he was dying to plant

These vultures were flying around our house that afternoon and then they all ended up in this tree.  There had to be something dead in the woods behind our house.  Pretty cool

More 7 Month shots

Foster 7 Months

Today my little baby turned 7 months old!  I truly can't believe it!  He is seriously the happiest baby ever!  All he ever does is smile, just ask anyone who sees him on a regular basis!  He loves to clap these days, he is starting to suck his thumb which puts a big smile on my face.  I was a die hard thumb sucker and I so wanted one of my children to do the same.  He sleeps like a champ.  He goes down around 7:30 and wakes up around 7.  He still takes 2 naps a day and they both average around 2 hours.  He has piercing blue eyes that get lots of attention.  He is growing up way to fast for my liking.  He gets so tickled watching his big brothers and he loves them to death.  We all are having the best time with little man.  He is such a blessing to our family!  We love you Foster Baby!!!

Spring Break Day 5- Washington D.C and heading home

On Tuesday we only had time to visit one museum before heading back home.  We decided that the boys would really enjoy the Natural History Museum.  We are so glad that we took them there.  They loved it!  They really liked looking at the dinosaur bones and all of the animals that they had.  I could have spent hours in there just reading everything but that will have to be done on an adult trip to D.C sometime.  We ran through there pretty quickly.  One of our favorite things was the Butterfly Exhibit.  You got to walk in a little green house type place with butterflies flying around everywhere.  It was pretty neat to get that up close and personal with some of the most beautiful butterflies ever.  Chris and Tommy met up with us there and spent the morning with us before we headed out of town.  On our way back we stopped at the Shenandoah Caverns.  We knew the boys would love it and to break up our trip a little bit.  They thought it was so cool to be that far underground.  We dropped the big boys off at Pop and Gran Jan's on our way home to spend the remaining of their Spring Break with them.  Their cousins Mac and JL are also there.  I think the boys have had a marvelous Spring Break this year!  I can't begin to tell you how wonderful all 3 of the boys were on this trip.  Foster was an angel baby who truly cried maybe twice and that was because he was getting a diaper change.  Walker was so laid back and soaked everything in.  He acted like he was 10 years old on this trip.  Henry was talking non stop and acted like a big boy in D.C. even though it was probably a little boring for his age.  They all are incredible children and I thank God for blessing us with such well behaved children.  They were in the car for a total of 20 hours and never once complained.  We all had such a fun little family vacation and can't wait to go on another trip as a family of 5.

Spring Break- Day 4- Washington D.C.

This post has tons of pictures, but remember this blog is printed into a book which is my photo album.  Anyways, on Day 4, Monday we left Virginia and headed up to Washington D.C.  Eric's friend Chris lives their with his wife Elizabeth and his son Tommy.  We wanted to visit with them and do some sight seeing.  Walker has been real interested lately in history.  He was really wanting to see some of the sights.  Chris and Tommy met us and spent the day with us touring the city.  It was wonderful so spend time with him and Tommy.  We all enjoyed having them along with us!  The weather was gorgeous!  It was 82 degrees outside and the Cherry Blossoms were in full bloom.  A gorgeous day to tour D.C.
