Walker turns 11

How in the world is my baby 11?  Wow is all I can say.  He is still the best son I could ask for.  Still laid back as usual, quiet, likes playing with friends, video games, and doesn't care for school at all.  Thank goodness he has some brains or we would be in trouble.  Ha Ha.  He is a joy to be around and we have been so blessed to be able to celebrate 11 wonderful years with him.  He  makes us so proud and we look forward to many many more birthdays.  We love you Walker!!

Falcon's/ Panther's game

We took the boys to the Falcons and Panther's game a few days after Christmas.  Grandma and Granddaddy were able to go with us.  We had a great time despite the loss.  It was fun being together but not a great game.  The boys loved it and had a blast!

My boy Foster has a freakin arm... He threw the football and made it through this hole and we were amazed as all the others around us that saw it..  I think he may have a future...

Christmas at Gran Jan and Pop's

We stayed a couple days at mom and dads for Christmas.  Again, I keep repeating myself but it was such a great time with family.  Mom and dad spoiled us while we were there with good food, good times, and great memories.  We had a wonderful time as always!!

Christmas Day 2014

My word this day couldn't have been any better.  The kids were as excited as you can imagine and we got to spend the day with the people who mean the absolute world to us - Our families.  This was our year to head to SC to spend Christmas.  We got to enjoy our home on Christmas morning and headed out around 11:00 to SC.  We went straight to my Grandma Walker's house and had a delicious lunch and great time with family and then we headed over to my other Grandmother's house, Meme, for dinner and spend more time with great family.  Christmas is such a special time and is definitely my most favorite day of the year.  To me, it is such a bittersweet day.  It is filled with so much excitement and love and yet at the same time filled with some emptiness in our hearts as we miss those people in our families that have passed.  Memories just flood my mind from childhood, and times spent with the ones closest to us, our family.  Sorry to get so sappy but that is what Christmas does to me!  It seriously was the best Christmas Ever!  I think I say that every year and I am sure I will say that every year in the future!!

All 3 big boys sleep in our bed on Christmas Eve.  Eric and I hijacked Foster's bed for the night.

Walker's big gift this year- I Phone 5.. Needless to say he was shocked and so surprised.  It wasn't even on his list!!

I honestly think Foster loved his candy more than anything.  However I think his scooter was a huge hit!

Henry's hot item this year were tickets to the UGA/ Kentucky basketball game.  He was so excited about these tickets!

Little Robert liked the wrapping paper the best!

Christmas Eve 2014

What a wonderful Christmas Eve we had!  We spent the day together as a family, went to Christmas Eve Service at church, exchanged our gifts to each other, spent time with Grandma and Granddaddy, fed the reindeers, and got ready for the big man to arrive.  The boys were pretty good this year and it looks like Santa was pleased with their behavior.
