Foster is 1 Month Old!!!

Little Peanut is 1 month old!  He turned 1 month on October 9th.  This has been such a fun month for our family!  We are loving having a little baby in the house!  We are all so very in love with him.  He is going to be spoiled rotten and we can't help it!  Foster, you are the sweetest baby!  You are so very content.  Content is the word that I use to describe you to others!  You are still sleeping most of the day, and when you are up you are giving us some smiles.  You smile with your whole face and it just brings so much joy to us!  You are eating every 3 1/2 to 4 hours.  After you eat you go right back to sleep.  You are never fussy and we are so blessed with that.  You have grown so much already in just a month.
You weigh 10 lbs 8oz  -57th percentile
You height is 21.5 inches - 37th percentile
Your head circumference is 14.75  -27th percentile

Your birth weight was 7lbs 6oz
You were 20 inches long

We love you so much and are so glad that we have you precious baby!

Mr. Drama

So, last night Foster was totally Mr. Drama.  He kinda was acting a little off yesterday and woke up from a little afternoon nap and felt warm.  I took his temperature and it was 100.4 (which is considered a high fever in a baby 8 weeks or less).  I called the doctor and they told me that I needed to take him to the nearest emergency room.  Let me back track a little bit....Last week Walker was diagnosed with strep again (twice in past month) and the doctor then told me that if Foster ever ran a fever of 100.4 then take him in.  So that is what we did.  Once we got to the hospital they took his vitals, weight, and checked his temperature.  It had gone down to 99.8 on its own with out medication.  While we were sitting in the waiting room the little booger was so happy and smiling like never before!  Long story short we left and he is fine just has a little stuffy nose!  So now we call him Mr. Drama!

Fall Fun Day

On Saturday we enjoyed the day at Burt's Pumpkin Farm and then ventured off to Amicalola Falls State Park for a picnic and some outdoor fun!  The boys loved it all!  It was such a beautiful day!  The boy's favorite part was taking their shoes off and playing in the creek!  This is something we will for sure do again!

Storm Fans

This past Thursday night, Pop and Gran Jan came down to watch Henry play soccer.  Aunt Martha Jane came to see him play too.  It was a good family night!  After the game we went to meet Kim and her boys for dinner before Pop and Gran Jan had to hit the road to go back to Spartanburg. What grandparents do for their grand kids, drive 2 hours to watch a 45 minute game and then drive back 2 hours.  I guess we all will be like that when we are grandparents!  *Henry's team is called the Storm*
