Spring Break trip to Virginia

We had an absolute wonderful time in Virginia! We got to see lots of family members on this trip and also did some relaxing. Some of our activities included, an Easter Egg hunt at the farm, picnic at Shenandoah National Park, visiting lots of family, horse rides, feeding farm animals, and our favorite- spending time with family. We really enjoyed being able to spend lots of time hanging out with Lindsey and her boys. It had been a couple of years since we had seen them last because they were missionaries in Jamaica. The boys loved playing with her kids! Of course Aunt Jenny is a wonderful host and truly makes us feel at home! We love staying at her house! We had such a wonderful trip despite Foster getting really sick. He ended up having a febrial seizure due to high fever. He got sent to hospital and stayed there for a few hours. He was diagnosed with pneumonia which was the cause of fever. Thank goodness Jenny is a nurse and was able to comfort Eric and I. It was a very scary time for our family and it was so good to be surrounded by such great family in Virginia. Aunt Jenny stepped in and was grandmother to Foster and a mother to Eric and I. We can't thank her enough! All of our family in Virginia was amazing and helped us out so much! A huge thanks goes out to Lindsey who took our other 2 boys back to her house to spend the night with her along with her 4 kids. She didn't even hesitate! The boys loved spending the night there! We are just so blessed with such wonderful family members! Again. Despite the craziness, we had a great time! We can. It wait to go back! ( I wanted to write about Foster so I could remember years to come).
