Cub Helper

 Walker got selected to be a Cub Helper this 9 weeks at his school. A Cub Helper can only be a 2nd grader (Walker's school is a Primary school so it's K-2nd). His school starts at 8 but Cub Helpers have to be there at 7:20. They get to stand at the halls and greet the students as they come in, run the school store, and many other things to help. He is really enjoying being a Cub Helper. It has definitely changed up our morning routine. We now have to leave the house at 7 as oppose to 7:40. We are up and at it early here but it's so worth it for Walker! Once again we are so proud of him!

 

Walker's AR Party

 Walker was too cool for school at his AR party. Walker continues to be a very good reader and does extremely well on his AR tests. He has to read several chapters a night and when he is done with the book they have to take a AR test. We just wish that he enjoyed reading more but that may come later. Again, we are very proud of you Walker, keep up the good work!!

 

Henry's Sight Word Party

 We just can't tell you how proud we are of Henry and his reading! He now knows 175 sight words!!!! He has to read a book every night. Yesterday when I picked him up from school he was so excited to tell me something. He said that he had something very special in his book bag. He pulled out a book and attached to the outside was a note. It said that Henry was now ready to start taking AR test.  This is a big deal and Henry was so excited about it! He has really been loving to read and is doing so well with it! We are so proud of you Henry!!!!

 

Little Bit's First Real Haircut

 

A few weeks ago I took all 3 boys to get their haircuts. I waited as long as I could to cut his hair. It was really starting to look like mullet. I had gotten the bangs trimmed before but never the back. It was definitely time! Jennifer did such a wonderful job as she always does with my boys! Foster has such beautiful hair, and he looks so stinkin cute!!

Aunt MJ spends the night

 A couple of weeks ago Aunt Martha Jane came over for a spend the night party! We had so much fun hanging out with her! The boys and Aunt MJ loved playing Just Dance on the Xbox! After the kids went down we had a little girl night. Kim came over and we talked wedding stuff, it was so much fun!!!! I think the boys love her what do you think???

 

Walker's 8th Birthday Party at Great Skate

Walker's new favorite thing to do is roller skate. He decided kinda last minute that this was where he wanted to have his party. It was an excellent party and I really think all of the kids or boys I should say enjoyed it. He really likes the Atlanta Falcons so that was his choice of cake. I think that his party was a huge success! Happy Birthday Walker!!
