Every year we enjoy going to our Christmas Eve Service.  It is such a sweet service and something that we started as a tradition with our family.  This year was extra special.  Foster was asked to be baby Jesus.  It truly was the sweetest thing!  He did wonderful and looked absolutely precious as baby Jesus!

We had an incredible time riding the Polar Express.  The boys went last year with Gran Jan and Pop.  This was mine and Eric's first time.  The original date that mom and dad were taking the boys got cancelled.  So it ended up we went on the 23rd and all of us were able to go.  I couldn't think of a better way to get more excited about Christmas then this.  It was completely magical.  We enjoyed hot chocolate, singing Christmas carols, and seeing where Santa lived.  It is truly something that we will remember the rest of our lives.  Thanks mom and dad for letting us go and for the tickets.  We all had a wonderful time!

Christmas Craft Day

They boys loved making Christmas crafts.  We made hand print reindeer ornaments.  They turned out so cute.  I  can't believe I didn't make a picture of the finished product.  They were so cute!

slept in our sleeping bags - MJ slept on couch

visited the Zoo

acted like big tigers

acted like a snaggle tooth tiger

roared like a tiger

got REALLY close to Pandas

 saw crazy swinging orangutans

read Zoo map to decide our next exhibit and needed LOTS of tissues for a snotty nose :)

slowed down for just a bit to please our Aunt 

saw mommy and baby gorilla

laughed at the baby on her mommy's back

pretended to eat lunch in Grant Park (too full on candy and cookies

acted like big boys

posed like models

reminded Aunt Martha Jan/Marfa Ma Jan that we are still "wittle"

AND made our Aunt the happiest girl in the world!
