I am seriously going to catch up with my blog this week. I stopped when I got to the Disney World post because it was too overwhelming at the time. So therefore I have several post after Disney that I just haven't gotten around to yet. It will happen this week! Having 2 kids in school, me not being able to say no = Busy!! I have volunteered to help with everything with the boys and I have just not gotten around to updating it. Anyways in the meantime we have just been enjoying the season, playing outside, parks, baseball, and church. Look for an update soon!!!

Little Picasso People
Walker got a letter sent home a few weeks ago from his art teacher. She had selected Walker's art to be displayed along with others throughout the county at a art festival. Eric and I were a little surprised. Walker has never been one to really like art at home. We were very anxious to find out what it was. Walker was keeping it a big secret until we got to the festival. It is a pretty cool abstract picture. I can't wait until the teacher gives it back to me because this one will for sure get framed. He was so proud and we are so proud of him. He is really loving and doing very well at school!!!
After School
Grandparents Day at WJPS
Man that is one lucky boy!!!! It was so great that both sets of his grandparents (who mind you live out of town) came to read to Walker's class and eat lunch with him. He was super excited and I know felt extra special! The kids loved my mom and Brad reading them books. Walker picked out the books for them to read. My mom read "There's a wocket in my pocket" by Dr. Seuss. The exact book she read was the same book she read to me. Brad read "The Tooth Book" by Dr. Seuss. Which has always been one of his favorites. It was such a special time for Walker. Thanks yall for coming in town! Walker has the best grandparents in the world!!!
My Precious Goddaughter~ Regan Elizabeth
This is my precious little Goddaughter, Regan Elizabeth Godman. She has had my heart since day one! Her mama Mendy and I are best friends. We met in college and have been blessed with a wonderful friendship since. They live in Charlotte so we don't get to see each other near as much as we would like. However we still see each other at least 5 times a year. We introduced Regan to her first girls weekend a few weeks ago. We had so much fun. She was a total joy to be around. Mendy let me do whatever I wanted to do with her. I picked her clothes out everyday, fed her, loved her, woke up with her in the middle of the night, woke up with her in the morning, and loved loved that baby. It was such a fun weekend and I love my goddaughter to pieces and she really loves me too!

Henry's first day of preschool
Henry started preschool after labor day. He has looked forward to this for such a long time. He absolutely loves preschool! He is doing so well and loves the music part of the day. He comes home and wants me to sing the songs with him but some of them I do not know. He kept talking about the bear song. I got on the computer to search for it because he was so determined that I learn it. We found the song on you tube and we watch it all the time! He goes Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings from 9 to 1. He loves it and I am loving a little bit of free time myself on those mornings! We are looking forward to a great year!
