We had so much fun decorating our tree even though it took us a couple of nights to finish. The night that we had planned to do it we got our christmas lights out and 3 of the strands didn't work. So we couldn't do it that night. Eric went and got more lights the next day and guess what? 2 out of the 3 strands that we bought didn't work either. Needless to say at this point I was pretty mad! Finally the third time we tried it worked! We had polar express playing and we drank some hot chocolate and had a great time! Our tree looks awesome and I love all of my ornaments. Every year my mom gets us an Old World ornament. Those are my favorite ornaments in the world. I also collect ornaments. I try to get an ornament each year for the boys reflecting what they are into or like that year. This year I am still on the hunt for a guitar for Henry and a drumset ornamet for Walker. Or either some type of animal for Henry. My most favorite ornaments are of course the one's that Walker has made me! They are precious. I love our christmas tree every year because it tells a story! I know who gave me each ornament, or what the memory is behind each one! We have gotten through so far this year without one breaking. The boys loved pulling the ornament out of the box and telling us what it was and they loved hearing the story behind each one. I wish I could keep up the tree year round because we love it that much! Sorry I rambled so long!

Picking out our Christmas Tree
Saturday after Thanksgiving we went to Washington Farms to get our Christmas tree! We love this tradition. We have been going here for the past 3 years. Even though it was raining we still had so much fun. The rain actually made it real cozy! These were the best pics that I could get so here you go. Henry's thing is to open his mouth when you get the camera out. Hopefully he will out grow this soon. He makes it hard to get a decent picture, but it does make us laugh everytime.

Samurai Sword
I forgot to post these pics in the Thanksgiving post. I had to post these because Walker loved these samurai swords! They were Eric's when he was a little boy. When Walker gets older they will give them to him. By the way they are not sharp! I about panicked when he walked in the living room with one!

Thanksgiving 2008
Hang on tight!
Not sure if this is going to get the job done!
We spent Thanksgiving with Eric's parents this year down in Albany Georgia. You wouldn't know by the pictures but Pam and I were there. We had so much fun. Thsnksgiving day while Pam cooked Eric, Brad, and I took the boys to a fun park. They got to ride go carts, bowl, water boats, and play video games. They really love this place! The food was outstanding Thanksgiving, and all week. I especially loved that! Then Friday morning Eric, Pam and I went out shopping with all the other crazy people! We got great deals and pretty much finished up our Christmas shopping. We had a great, fun, relaxing holiday!
Firewood Anyone?
A couple of weeks ago the doorbell rang and our neighbor's kids were selling firewood. It was the cutest thing so I had to take a picture. These pictures were after they had went in the woods to get us some firewood. I only had to pay them a dollar each and they came back with a good little bit. How could you say no to this? Walker would have been doing this with them but he was out of town at his grandparents. He was so upset when we told them what Trenton and Olivia were doing. He will join them next time.
The Wiggles
Sorry it has taken me so long to post again but we have been very busy. A few weeks ago my dad, sister, and I took Henry and Mac to see the Wiggles. The boys were in shock that they were actually in the same room as the Wiggles. They were in complete amazement, almost star struck. They really had a great time. It was very special that my dad, sister, and I were able to take them. My mom and Kim were suppose to go but were not able to last minute but it worked out just great.
